(although I haven't dug too deep to make sure every single note was corrent, but it sounded spot on for what I listened to). I did a quick batch convert on around 1000 midi files and it worked flawlessly. Hey Mark, I tried out your program and it seems to work great. Hopefully Justin will build in drum maps to Reaper in the future as it is the main feature I miss from SONAR.

I've included a GM to AD map, although I haven't tested it in earnest because I don't have AD myself. I've written a free utility that can batch process MIDI files to change their drum mapping. Change the number at the beginning of the line to set the output note. 'c:\Program Files\REAPER\Data\ix_keymaps' Maybe you will have to expand the mappings, since I've included only basic notes).ĬOPY TO NOTEPAD, SAVE AS TXT AND COPY TO: I've done a simple remapper AD->GM for a friend, so he would know how to do it. You just have to know both mappings (GM & AD). You can prepare the file in Excel and save it as TXT and copy it to Midi_KeyMap preset folder.
